What is a user
Users are a component of user permissions called Role-Based Permissions. A user is a person who monitors, manages, and supports their customer environments with N-able N-central. A user is distinct from a Role. When you create a new user in N-able N-central, you also assign the user a Role, which is a set of permissions defining what the user can do, and an Access Group, the customers they can manage.
You must have at least one Role and Access Group configured to assign to a user. N-able recommends that you create unique Roles and Access Groups before you create users.
